Dr. Gabe and Dr. Jess are not only caring and wonderful, but THE MOST knowledgeable chiropractors I have ever met. Highly recommend! I have had ongoing pain and numbing issues in my hands, and pain in my glutes and upper arm...I had almost convinced myself I had an auto-immune disorder....until my very first appointment at Lighthouse Chiropractic and Wellness. They did a FULL intake both as a Functional Practitioner, and then as a Chiropractor. The blending of these two modalities make this practice #1. The chiropractic care is like none I have experienced...every appointment is thorough and INDIVIDUAL. I am pretty much pain-free and have not felt this good in a long time. My husband has begun care with them as well and he said best decision he made.

I wish they had ten stars to give! Dr Gabe and Jessica and their services have absolutely been a part of saving my life. They are absolutely the total package for overall wellness ... in 3 to 4 months I am exhibiting little pain, able to distribute even weight on both my feet and I'm able to move without pain and have been able to go back to the gym. Hallelujah! They are not just my wellness team they have become treasured friends and a part of my life!! I see them for both functional and chiropractic care and I am so pleased with their approach. They’ve helped me address the root cause of my issues. I was experiencing painful cluster headaches as well as numbness in my toes, fingers and tongue. After less than 2 months in their care, my issues are completely resolved. I was also seeing a neurologist at the same time and the only solution on this end was pharmaceutical medications. I cannot describe the patience and understanding that Dr. Gabe and Dr. Jess give their patients!! Dr. Gabe has listened when I told him my issues, he actively works to get me where I don't hurt at all!! He is never pushy, just honest and helpful. I am so happy we found these wonderful people. I had knee surgery and was struggling he has worked his magic on it, I have less swelling and stiffness because of him. I don't have enough room to express all the ways they have helped myself and family!

Dr. Gabe and Dr. Jessica have helped me in so many different ways! There have been many frustrations for me in the area of weight loss and pain to my lower back and to my extremities. They recommended some awesome supplements to me and taught me some better cooking habits to accelerate my weight loss. In addition, their full body adjustments have cleared up many of my aches and pains and have drastically improved my quality of life. My favorite message from this group is that there are no quick fixes but I don’t have to go hungry and experience food deprivation to lose weight and be healthier!
